Small reminder

You'll seldom experience regret for anything that you've done. It is what you haven't done that will torment you. The message, therefore, is clear. Do it! Develop an appreciation for the present moment. Seize every second of your life and savor it. Value your present moments. Using them up in any self-defeating ways means you've lost them forever.

The Forgiveness Option

Instincts don’t require you to make decisions. There is no weighing of consequences, no
interests to consult, no regrets, and no mistakes. You don’t have to stop and scratch or figure
anything out. There is no karmic consequence. You just react: stimulus and response,
fight or flee, eat or be eaten, survive or pass away. You may find this sort of instinctive existence
attractive —at least until it comes your turn to be eaten.
In contrast, intelligent creatures have to make decisions and live with the consequence of
those decisions. Intelligence means controlling emotions, or discovering the best option, or
making choices based on potential consequences.
Making decisions is the essence of personal responsibility; it can feel like freedom or
weigh you down with guilt, sadness, or anger. One of the toughest decisions that an intelligent
creature ever has to make is the decision to forgive.
This fifth in a series of Avatar mini-courses explores the consequences and the process of
forgiveness.
The mini-courses are available as a free download from AvatarEPC.com or from your

The world didn’t start yesterday,
and it won’t end tomorrow.
It moves inexorably forward;
not a single day can be
lived over. Mostly we drift
with the flow of ill-conceived
destinies—a mixture of
demands from the past, expectations
from others, and the
weary inertia of our own
fatigue. Many of the events
that we encounter can neither
be changed nor avoided; they
have multiple causes that
branch backward in time. What
appear as free-will choices may
only be the culmination of our
indoctrination and preceding
causes. On rare occasions, life
offers us the opportunity to
rise above the chains of causes
and effects, and for a moment,
as an Avatar source being, to
determine the direction of future
events. Forgiveness is such an
opportunity.

Story: The Book

I want to tell you a story that has the potential to really impact your life. It sure has mine. I would imagine you've listened to a number of radio shows. Well I'm interviewed on them frequently. I was on a radio show one morning many years ago, and the host and I were really involved with the concept that one idea can change your business, in fact can change your entire life. The host himself was a pretty positive guy and we really had the show rocking. It was one of those call-in shows, and we had the lines plugged. All the callers were enthusiastic, telling us how much they were enjoying our conversation, how it was helping them.

And then, all of a sudden, like a huge clap of thunder, a woman came roaring on the line and really unloaded on the two of us. Our conversation obviously had her upset. It quickly became apparent that her life was very frustrating for her. While she was listening to us, she must have drifted back in time and space to a time when she was in college, thinking about all the enthusiastic plans she had at that time in her life and then comparing them with the reality of how her life had turned out. It was truly a reality crisis that was happening with this woman. It was almost like we were the bad guys; that it was our fault that the plans she made as a young woman never materialized. She started out saying, "You guys are wrong. Life is not how you are talking about it. It's totally different. When I was in college I wanted to be an author, I wanted to write books. Now I'm stuck here with three little kids. I can't just pick up and go to some South Sea Island to write books."

I guess the South Sea Island was part of the plan when she was in college. I was tempted to ask her who decided to have 3 kids, but I didn't dare make her any more upset. I explained to her that I knew a number of authors and none of them went to the South Seas to write their books. Most of the ones I knew were writing while they were busy working at their job or their business or whatever else they were doing. I pointed out one exception -- John Graham who is the creative director of the Nightingale Conant Corporation took a whole stack of Earl Nightingale's radio shows and went to Bimini for a week and turned the shows into a book called This is Earl Nightingale. It's a really excellent book. You might want one for your library.

Outside of that, I told her, I didn't know any authors that went down South to write a book. Then I suggested to her that she should get up an hour early every morning ahead of the family, make herself a pot of coffee and write a page, just a page. At the end of the year she'd have 365 pages written. Even if she were to miss a number of days she'd have 200 to 300 pages. Then she could take the following year to edit what she had written. That way every couple of years she'd be able to turn out a new book, all the while being with and enjoying her family.

As I said this I thought to myself that's a heck of a good idea. I don't know if she did it, but at 6am the following morning I was up writing. I got so enthused about it I was not only up at 6am writing, I was writing on planes, writing in hotel rooms, writing in between meetings. Before I knew it, I had an enormous folder of hand written pages and my book was finished. Because I carried it with me all the time, I didn't have my name or phone number or anything written on the folder.. You guessed it. I lost the folder. I couldn't believe it; I had left it in the taxi. About an hour after I got home, it suddenly dawned on me that I didn't have my folder with me. A cold chill ran through my body as I told my wife Linda what I had done. She peppered me with questions - "What was the name of the cab company? What was the phone number? What was the cab driver's name?" I didn't have answers for any of her questions, just a blank screen. But I remained calm. Linda wanted to know why I wasn't upset. I explained that with something so bad there had to be something really good about it. The book probably wasn't any good. So I let it go and set out to rewrite the entire book. That book You Were Born Rich has been sold all over the world in a number of different languages. We're constantly receiving letters from people about how the book has changed their life. In fact one person, Nick Halik, said it helped him earn tens of millions of dollars. He recently spent $30 million to become an astronaut in Russia. He's scheduled to go on the Space Station. In fact, I wrote the forward to his book called The Thrillionaire.

Now here's an interesting twist - it was the woman on the radio show that motivated me to write the book. But it was a man who ultimately became my business partner, Gerry Robert, that gave me a suggestion that turned the book into a piece of gold, when I think of what it did for me and my business. And believe me, a book could do the same for you. I believe everyone has a book in them. At any rate, Gerry said, "Bob, rather than sell the book, why don't you give it away. Just sell enough to pay for the books you give away." I looked at him like he had a few screws loose, but he explained that business people spend absolute fortunes on brochures. And yet no one has a brochure case. Lots of people have bookcases, but no brochure cases. And that's because people don't keep brochures. They do keep books. Once it's written, a book doesn't cost much more than a brochure. In fact, in some cases, it costs less. So Gerry said, "Why not use your book as a brochure that will market your business." The more I thought about it, the more I realized it made a lot of sense. It was a very solid, creative concept. I did what Gerry suggested and that idea changed my business like night and day.

Shortly after that, Gerry and I got together to talk about forming a publishing company to help business people write books. We got excited about how much it could help their business grow. We decided to do it. We hired ghost writers, marketing people and designers. Today we've helped between 200 to 300 people create books that they use as their brochure to market their business. It's making as big a difference in their business, just as You Were Born Rich did in mine. The Born Rich book is not just an interesting story, it's the cause of numerous interesting stories. As I'm writing this, I'm sitting in my library surrounded by about 3,000 books, yet none of the books here has helped my business like the Born Rich book has. I think of all the people struggling in business right now that are letting the economy affect them. If they only knew how much a book could help their business, they'd start writing now.

If you would like to find out how a book can help you or your business, send an email to Toni@bobproctor.com. And here's the beautiful part about it, you don't even have to know how to write a book. We do, and we can do it for you or with you. I'll promise you one thing, you put a book out with your name on it and it's not going to get thrown away like so many of the brochures that you've printed in the past. A book changed my life and it can change yours. Find out how -- Toni@bobproctor.com.

Asking For And Accepting Help

Every Friday, for a number of years we have been sharing stories with you written by authors from all over the world. A few days ago, Carol Gates the President of our Coaching Company suggested that I write this Friday story myself. After a short discussion I agreed with her.

It's common knowledge that, globally, business people are being inundated by one challenge after another. These are considered by most everyone, tough times. Personally, I've been in business for a long time. This is my 41st year in this business. I have a number of companies that operate globally and like everyone else, we're experiencing challenges on a number of fronts. However, over the course of these 41 years, I've seen this happen more than once. Fortunately I've always weathered the storm . and not by accident - by design. I thought I'd share with you today some of the ideas that have helped me to keep moving in the right direction.

Carol asked me to write this story because of a question that I was recently asked by one of our current coaching clients, Chi Tse [Ricky]. It's a question I have been asked on a number of occasions. When I gave Ricky the answer Carol said, "Bob you should share that with as many people as you can." So here it goes .

I must have mentioned on some occasion that I had 6 great coaches/mentors in my life. Ricky knew that. He asked me if I could pick one of the most important concepts that I had learned from each of these individuals and share it with him. He pointed out that he had gone online and googled the names of each of these 6 people but was only able to gather information on 2 of them. What I learned from these 6 people I believe will benefit you.

You see, I learned that one of the great secrets in life is recognizing when you need help and graciously accepting it. I coach people from all over the world, and I do this because the coaches I had made such an enormous difference in my life. The changes I experienced came fast and furious and they've all been long lasting. The names of the 6 people are Raymond Douglas Stanford, Earl Nightingale, Lloyd Conant, Val Van De Wall, Dr. C. Harry Roder, and Bill Gove. Let me touch on each of them, one at a time because I believe the lessons I learned will benefit you, as well.

I was working in a fire hall in Toronto when I was 26 years old, and I was not a very happy person. I was earning $4,000/year and I owed $6,000. The idea of getting out of debt never entered my mind. That's when Ray Stanford entered my life. He encouraged me to take an honest look at the results I was getting. He said "Bob, you keep talking about not having a formal education and using it as an excuse for getting poor results." He then said, "Those are only reasons why you're not getting what you want. Set those aside and start to focus on all the reasons you can get what you what." Then he gave me Napoleon Hill's book, Think and Grow Rich. He said, "Bob, if you will make the commitment to do exactly what this book says and to do exactly what I suggest, I'll help you change your life." I didn't really believe I could, but I believed he believed I could. And it was his belief in me that inspired me to begin to study. One year later, I was earning $175,000 a year and, from there, I took it to over a million a year. I didn't know what was happening to me, but I was beginning to realize a lot of the things that I had been thinking weren't true. I thought some people were lucky but others weren't. I was to find out that you and I have exactly the same potential.

I then got a hold of Earl Nightingale's condensed narration of the Napoleon Hill book, Think And Grow Rich on a record. I began listening to that record every day. It was listening to Earl's voice and the information he was sharing that caused me to want to go to work with him. I moved my Family from Toronto to Chicago and joined the Nightingale-Conant Corporation. It was only after I got there that I realized I had a double win. I wasn't only going to work with Earl Nightingale - I would also work with Lloyd Conant. Earl and Lloyd became my 2 coaches. I loved working for them and I got an education that you couldn't buy. They literally originated the self help business in recorded fashion that we know today. In time, the Nightingale-Conant Corporation became the largest distributer of self help programs in the world, and I was working there with the people that originated it. Earl Nightingale taught me how to study. He said, "Don't just read the book, study it. Attempt to understand the idea the author is attempting to communicate in each paragraph. To do that you might need to study that paragraph for a month."

As I'm writing this story, I'm surrounded by a few thousand books in my own library, all of which I've studied. Lloyd Conant taught me to take the lid off my mind and let it soar. He said, "Bob, nothing is big or small, except our thinking makes it so. No one alive knows what we're capable of doing. Go after something big. Even if you miss, it can be exhilarating." It was there that I was introduced to Val Van De Wall. Val and I became great friends and he shared one idea with me that literally changed my life. It was a diagram of the mind. He explained we think in pictures but no one has ever seen the mind so when we think of it, we become confused. There is no order in the mind. A doctor friend of his came up with the original drawing. I refer to it as the Stick Person and I've shared it with people all over the world. If I were to be coaching you, I'd teach it to you.

Val introduced me to his coach, Dr. Harry Roder. Harry knew more about the mind than anyone I'd ever met. I'd spent countless hours with him and I began to understand exactly how the mind functions. In fact, Dr. John Mike from Florida said I taught him more about the mind in 1 year than he had learned in 4 years of medical school and 5 years of psychiatric training. I found that interesting because I had merely taught him what Dr. Roder had taught me.

These 5 men helped me answer a huge question . how and why did my life change? Without any formal education, without any business experience, in less than 5 years, I built a company that operated in 7 cities and 3 different countries and I really didn't understand how I had done it. They taught me what I had changed and how I had accomplished what I had accomplished. It was this magnificent knowledge that triggered this enormous desire in me to teach this to as many people as I could. But I had one enormous problem. I was quiet and shy. I was afraid to stand up and ask a question let alone stand up and teach. It was at that point in the late sixties at the Hyatt Hotel in Chicago that a man named Bill Gove walked out on a stage and literally captivated an audience of 500 people. Merely by sharing information with them, he had that audience in the palm of his hand. I stood there thinking, "If only I could do that, then I could teach what I've learned." But the thought of it scared the daylights out of me.

Now permit me to digress for a moment. On Earl Nightingale's recording of The Magic Word . the magic word being Attitude . at one point he says, "Now right here we come to a rather strange fact. We tend to minimize the things we can do, the goals we can accomplish, and for some equally strange reason we think other people can accomplish things that we cannot. I want you to understand that that is not true. You have deep reservoirs of talent and ability within you that you can bring to the surface and achieve all that you desire." If you had asked me if I'd understood it, I probably would've said, "Of course!" But here I was watching Bill Gove do something I thought I couldn't. It was at that point that I started hearing the recording in my head and I realized if Bill can do it, I can do it. I switched my thinking to, "If I could do that, I could help people all over the world change their life." And it suddenly dawned on me that we are capable of doing anything. I'm not going to just do that, I'm going to get the man on the stage, Bill Gove, to teach me. and he did. Today I'm able to do what he did and get on the stage and share this valuable information. Bill Gove and I remained friends for over 35 years until he passed away a few years ago.

All of these men are gone but their legacy lives on, through me and all of the other people they helped. So Ricky, there's your answer - in print. That's how my life changed. These people taught me to earn millions of dollars and invest it back into a business that has helped millions of people.

I want to leave you with one thought: These are only tough times if you think of them as tough times. I see these as good times. It is times like these that cause us to grow. to dig down deep inside and bring something out of ourselves that we might not have known was there. I am very pleased that I have been able to share what I have learned with many thousands of people from every walk of life through our Coaching Program. I've watched people who were in financial trouble become prosperous; companies that were struggling grow into viable organizations. Any way a person can be helped, I've seen it happen because the answers are within us. And, because of what these great men taught me, I was able to pass it along.

If you feel inclined to take advantage of what I've learned, we do have a great coaching program. In this program, I work with people for an entire 13 months because I've found that's about how long it takes to get a person to change the conditioning in their mind that has been holding them back, so they can improve the results in their life.

If you would like to change, let me help you learn what my coaches taught me. If you think I could help you, let me know at the right side bar "Bob Proctor - Teacher from The Secret" and I'll get back to you at the six minutes to success. Story: The winner - Bob

There were 3 brothers - John, Bob and Jack. While their father was alive, they didn't care about anything because they always had all they could dream about. After their father died, they got frightened about their future. They had all they needed because of their father. John and Jack had always asked for what they wanted and in time they would receive it, because their father would give it to them. The only thing he always told his sons was, that, they could get everything they wanted, only if they would want it bad enough and be prepared to wait and keep the faith that no matter what, they could get it. Bob understood this in a different way. He thought, that he didn't need father’s money or power, to get what he wanted, so he interpreted the same sentence different than his brothers.
Brothers figured that as they are so different, they should split up and start to live on their own, and may be someone will become more successful and be able to help others... And so they did. Year went by and they were so far away from each other, that they never thought, they would meet each other again. They got older and older, till they thought; even if they would meet again they would not recognize each other.
During the time John, had his own company and earned good enough to live a normal life. It was not as he was used to, but it was Ok. Jack had a huge company, that earned millions of dollars every month, but he had created it and made some bad decisions and now had to work as a simple worker there and received minimum wage, but felt like a hero, because after all he maid this company from nothing.
Bob had no company at all, he had no job and he was totally free from any fear, but he had so much money, he couldn't dream to spend in his life time... Then he found out, that both of his brothers where in the same town as he was and started to look for them.
He found both of his brothers quiet quickly and started to talk to them.

John said: Hi my little brothers! Hi Bob! How have you been all this time?
Bob replayed: Well I have no job no problems and no fair about my future... And you?
Jack interrupted: How is that possible? I made a big company and now I can barely keep me up on my feet. How can you when you have no job be free from fair of your future? You have no money I suppose...
Bob replayed: You see mo brothers. I have loads of money. That's why I don't have any job. I have more than I can count or ever dream to spend. And the reason is that I intended, believed and wanted for it to happen. I firmly believed that I could get it and I did, but to do so I had to work very hard. I had to work for free and be ok with the scrubs I got on the street to eat. I was making my own way to the same fortune out father had. After I accumulated, the fortune with my hard work and the same way you built your company Jack I invested and made my money to make money, I wanted to find you and share it with you guys, but a few minutes before I came here I received a call that said, we all were meant to receive, the fortune our father left us in 30 years and the day is today. So you see, they couldn't reach any of you, but they did reach me to share the news. Our father new what he was doing by letting us make our own mistakes in life, because that showed us what we can really achieve and do...
Jack and John both just started to cry and hugged their younger brother and shared the news with their families. Now they are living all the way like they used to and the only thing they are telling their children is, that, they could get everything they wanted, only if they would want it bad enough and be prepared to wait and keep the faith that no matter what, they could get it.

This is a story I wrote my self to let you see and understand a miniature situation that happened in my life but I didn't understand it then. Now I see the value of it, but it is and will be always like that... You can only see the path when it's behind you. The only thing, that can lead you the right way while the path is still in the future is faith in your own power and that you can whatever you want to do.

Story: About Bob and what he did to me and may be to us

Here is your Friday story,

My Mentor

I've got to say - last week's Friday Story in Insights was a great read. After it ran, Bob told me that they received hundreds of calls and comments. For good reason, too - what a great lesson!

As Bob Proctor reeled through the mentors who have helped him in his own life, I wondered if any of those people were ever aware of how significantly they had shaped Bob's life.

Then I got to thinking about Bob . I wonder if he's aware of just how much he's impacted people's lives. And, on the flip side, I wonder if people (like you) reading the Insights story understand what Bob's really doing out there . have you had a chance to be right there in person with him as he's helped you shift your life in a better direction, or is he just a name on Insights or a face in The Secret?

Honestly, the man is 75 years old and I still think that people really don't "get" what he does.

After working with Bob for 14 years, I probably sound like a ready-made sales pitch for the man but . if you really look at it . I can't help but sell you on the idea of learning from Bob Proctor. There are many great teachers and mentors I respect out there, but there's simply no other who teaches you how to permanently change your life as succinctly and completely as Bob does.

I figure you just might be ready for that.

There are a whole bunch of us - thousands, probably - skittering around out there with completely transformed lives . lives that look nothing like they did before we met Bob Proctor. Granted, I'm sure we've all had times when we've felt ourselves sliding down the slippery slope of negative muck. But, because of Bob's teachings, we're able to recognize the direction we're heading and DO something to stop the momentum. When I realize I'm sinking in the quicksand of negative goo, I pull out one of Bob's audio or video programs and "plug in" again.

It hasn't always been that way. Far from it! In 1994, I had no idea he existed. I had a job. I was earning a living. I wasn't particularly satisfied, but I had no idea how to go about changing it.

Then, God/The Universe/every angel assigned to my life made sure that I was "randomly" chosen to be Bob's handler at my company's convention. And, in the process of walking Bob from his keynote address to his workshop across the Bally's casino, my whole life changed.

Since that 10-minute stroll, Bob has taught me how to create unimaginable (even giddy) results in my life. I still remember him telling me that he could show me how to change my annual income into my monthly income. Even though my annual income was no Fort Knox treasure at the time, I thought it was the most ridiculous statement I'd ever heard. But, just as Bob's mentors believed in him, Bob believed in me. He really thought I had the ability to get there.

I can't even imagine how many lives have changed because Bob believed in this person or that person .

. He believed in John Assaraf when he began coaching John in his early 20s. John became a regional owner in RE/MAX, the instigator behind taking many companies public, and is now the owner of an international coaching franchise of his own.

. He believed in Jack Canfield when Jack came up with the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" idea at one of Bob's big events. Jack recently noted that since he started applying Bob's principles and strategies in his life, his net worth multiplied 40 times!

. Bob believed in Loral Langemeier, who left a corporate job to become a multi-millionaire in property ownership and then went on to teach her methods to millions of people through books, television and events.

. And he believed in Christopher Guerriero, who had to cobble several credit cards together to participate in Bob's coaching program a few years ago. Recently, he told Bob that he'd just achieved $1 million in profits in a single month.

I could go on and on about the people I've met whose lives have been touched by Bob Proctor. And I can assure you - not one of us initially believed it could "happen" to us. In fact, most of us came to Bob Proctor mired in lack, limitation, stressed finances and limited opportunity. But there was a turning point for each of us, a fleeting moment when something deep inside woke from its slumber because it knew. Something in Bob's message resonates truth.

So, with the tiniest flicker of instinct and Bob's unfailing belief in us, we took the step.

I remember one of the most popular movies of the '90s - The Matrix - had to do with people accepting a way of life because it was the ONLY life they knew. At one point, the mentor figure in the movie, Morpheus, says, "I'm trying to free your mind. But I can only show you the door. You're the one that has to walk through it."

As you start to work with Bob Proctor, you begin to realize this same truth - he's not opening the door . he's showing you your own way.

Oddly enough, and quite by "coincidence," Bob recently created a 6-day, in-person, intensive workshop that he chose to call The Matrix. (He's never seen the movie. He says he just "plucked" the word from the air when he came up with the idea on a plane at 30,000 feet.)

By definition, a "matrix" is a womb, an incubator, a place of growth. And, for the first time in seven years, Bob is personally providing 6 full days of his time to your development and your growth in a small-group setting. Not just an audio. Not just a video. Not a movie or TV talk show he's featured in. This is Bob in person . for you.

If you knew about Bob's life as a few do, you would understand that the creation of this 6-day event is a miracle in and of itself . it's hard enough to get Bob on the phone for 5 minutes. He's in high demand and circling the globe regularly. The fact that he's committed to staying in one place for 6 days to personally and directly help YOU is not an offer to take lightly.

When you spend even ONE day with Bob Proctor, you emerge a different person - imagine what 6 days would do.

You'll see the world in a completely different way. I know this will be true for you because I've been there myself - I was an average, ordinary person who started in one place and now I stand in quite another. My annual income became my monthly income and then some. Every aspect of my life is a vast, colorful contrast to the life I lived before I met Bob . before I chose to walk through the door.

Just like the movie, The Bob Proctor Matrix starts in one place and ends in quite another.

The Matrix is all about falling down the rabbit hole, away from the lack, fear, doubt, reluctance or frustration you might have accepted as your current reality. It's invigorating - and mind-whapping - all at the same time.

Having been at this juncture myself, and having listened to hundreds of people tell the tale when they, too, initially peered down the rabbit hole, I can tell you this: That tiny flicker you felt come alive while reading this . it knows you and what you're capable of creating.

Trust that flicker.

Trust Bob's belief in you.

And walk through the door.

Blessings and abundance to you,

I totally agree on this and if you think about it, you will too...

Story: Forgetting the Basics

It was one week before Christmas in 2001. My son Benjamin was five years old at the time. He seemed healthy, but he had large lumps on the side of his neck; the doctor had been running blood and ultrasound tests on them, trying to determine a diagnosis. I was on a morning commuter train heading downtown for a rather important meeting about a company merger that had just been announced. My wife Toni called on my cell. I could tell immediately something was wrong. The doctor, not the doctor's office, had called. He needed to see both of us immediately. He would not tell Toni why. We both started thinking the worst.

As soon as I was off the train I arranged for a rental car and headed straight back home. Toni and I met at the doctor's office within an hour of the phone call. He informed us that Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto did not have any available beds. He had already made arrangements for us to attend a similar hospital in Kingston. This was two hours east of us. He informed us they had a concern that Ben had lymphoma. We would be meeting a pediatric oncologist in Kingston and we should pack for staying overnight. We walked out of the doctor's office and to our separate cars to head home and pack.

Dad and Linda had been making arrangements to purchase our family a membership at a private alpine ski club as a Christmas present. The first thing I thought of was the need to call them and tell them not to. We wouldn't be available to go skiing this year due to the news about Ben. I called and Linda answered the phone.

I remember sitting in this unknown car and the emotion of the moment hitting me like a brick wall. I told Linda the news and told her to cancel the ski membership plans. Shortly after I hung up with Linda dad phoned me back. He was compassionate but firm. He told me they were going ahead with the membership and for me to get my thinking straight. He said Ben is fine and not to give energy to any thought but that. He had been teaching me that my whole life, but it can be so easy to forget in the moment. He was even more emphatic that we not show any emotional weakness in front of Ben. The last thing we should do was to make him fearful.

We arrived at the Kingston hospital and as we walked through the front doors the doctor came up to us and asked if we were the Proctors. My immediate thought was "it's bad." When do you ever get greeted like that at a hospital? I stopped my thought and pictured Ben healthy and skiing. Ben had a CT scan that evening then a biopsy the next morning. We waited patiently for the results from the pathologist. They came back negative for cancer. We were incredibly relieved and exhausted. The entire experience left me in awe as to the personal character of the pediatric nurses. What incredible interpersonal skills they have to do what they do every day. Dad's words, of putting my thoughts on the right track, were all the easier with the wonderful support of the nursing staff.

I realized that day the importance of positive thinking. Whether or not it made a difference in my son's diagnosis I will never truly know. However, I know it made a difference for my son. Being strong for Ben allowed me to properly address my concerns for his well being. My first thought had been one of emotion and worry. Imagine the damaging impression I would have made on Ben, had I expressed my fear and worry in front of him. Those emotions really would not have been about his well being, but my own. If I had taken a moment to reflect, I would have realized that positive thoughts and attitude are the only things that would express my concern for his well being. I appreciate the fact that dad called back that day to remind me what I needed to do: Think positive.

Five days later we had the most grateful Christmas we had ever had and started skiing as a family the next week. We ski as a family today.

I suggest you never forget the basics and Proctor says: "The best way to do it is repetition." Repeat the basics and keep doing that until they sink as a habit. That will shift a bunch of your paradigms! In software we call paradigm shift debugging... Debug your mind by shifting your paradigms with my and Bob's help!

Small reminder

I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.

The world can change in an instant. So can the way you choose to see it. Why not choose to see the good in yourself and others.

Small reminder

Waiting is a trap. There will always be reasons to wait. The truth is, there are only two things in life, reasons and results, and reasons simply don't count.

Another video, that frees you

All these unrelated people new the secret of being free. They were willing to share this secret with us. Why do you think is that? I believe that they got the idea right. Yeah! WE ARE ALL ON BEING! You don't hate people, but instead just try to live in harmony with them. Evolution is going forward an if that idea was there already so long ago, then it must be something valuable, because it has lasted the same and as always worked and always leaves evidence, unlike religion or other government or other powerful organizations teach us to believe. You just believe in something, that we tell you and you will be free to do as we say! People we all share one subconscious mind that has all the knowledge needed for us to take responsibility in our hands and make our ride in this world at lest enjoyable for us if not others! Michael Jackson put this really good... Heal the world - make it a better place. Start wit the man in the mirror...
Not all is a joke you know...
