What is wellness and why do we want it?

If you are reading this, then you want some changes in your life. Now if you are not sick in your thinking, then you want something good to happen to you. So as I told you expect it to happen and it will. I'm convinced, that if you want to feel well, then you have to take action to make it real. If you will start from you, then others will want to be with you, then like you and then they will start to ask you how did you do it. What did you do to become what you are?
Well then you can tell them, that it was only a shift in your awareness. You have to understand, that you have to use all you have. You are your success and it's only your own responsibility, but I'm offering my help to you, so that It's easier for you, but I'm not here to do the work for you. I'm here to show you the milestones you have to pass.
So what is wellness? It's a state of mind, It's a state of your body, It's the way you communicate with others and It's the count of your friends and It's the amount of money you want and do earn.
How to achieve this? You have to find what you like, want and can do for living. Forget about the job you have right now If you don't like it! You must like your job. It must become your hobby, they pay you for. So START TODAY! Think about what you want to achieve, where do you want to live, how do you want to live and start acting upon your dreams. Don't worry if they tell you, that you are building castles in the sky. Just take the time to build foundations under those castles and invite your friends over to see them... How's that for a start?
