Do you agree with me and George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950)? I think, that it is the biggest truth. I firmly believe only in practice and theory has to com out of training and mistakes. We have to learn from each others experience and try to help others with our experience. That's why we are here and that is the way that brings each of us to our success and well being. So please take a while and think about this for a moment. If you don't feel like doing what you are doing, then may be you have to do something else? And may be just may be you'll find the thing you always wanted to do and you will start LEARNING AGAIN for the thing you really want to achieve... I'm talking here from my current happening experience. I hate to learn and what am I doing? Just that, learning for my new business and trying to help others to do the same.
Keep up the good job and do something for your soul. After all that is the only thing you bring with you after you leave your old body...

What is wellness and why do we want it?
If you are reading this, then you want some changes in your life. Now if you are not sick in your thinking, then you want something good to happen to you. So as I told you expect it to happen and it will. I'm convinced, that if you want to feel well, then you have to take action to make it real. If you will start from you, then others will want to be with you, then like you and then they will start to ask you how did you do it. What did you do to become what you are?
Well then you can tell them, that it was only a shift in your awareness. You have to understand, that you have to use all you have. You are your success and it's only your own responsibility, but I'm offering my help to you, so that It's easier for you, but I'm not here to do the work for you. I'm here to show you the milestones you have to pass.
So what is wellness? It's a state of mind, It's a state of your body, It's the way you communicate with others and It's the count of your friends and It's the amount of money you want and do earn.
How to achieve this? You have to find what you like, want and can do for living. Forget about the job you have right now If you don't like it! You must like your job. It must become your hobby, they pay you for. So START TODAY! Think about what you want to achieve, where do you want to live, how do you want to live and start acting upon your dreams. Don't worry if they tell you, that you are building castles in the sky. Just take the time to build foundations under those castles and invite your friends over to see them... How's that for a start?
Want to make business with me or Bob Proctor or anybody else who is well or successful? Just send me an e-mail and will chat ok?
For those who know what they want I have a free offer. You can join me on a business that is helping to create wellness for all of us. Believe it or not, but the word Wellness is the title of that company. If you know somebody who would need some help with their health, skin, hair or just want to earn some additional money to what they are making now or even create their own business, then redirect them to me and I will tell them anything they want to know about it. I can help you with that, but can you help others?

About something, that is happening now
I recently had an interesting conversation with one of my closest people on earth. We talked about the situation in the world right now and what is happening with people. And it's amazing what we discovered. A writer Sencenko has written a book called "Project - Russia" in witch he is talking about why are things going bad not only economically but mentally too. You see it's the so called "Rat king technology". You make a rat starve almost until death. Then you put in the cage a dead rat. After a while the barely living rat will eat the dead family or kinsman. After a long long while, the barely living rat will be given a half dead rat. So that, the old rat is strong enough to eat the almost dead rat it will do so even in a shorter time than before. The last thing is that the rat receives a meal that is a little baby of it's own kind. Do you see what's happening there? The rat is no more normal and has become a "Rat eater". The same process is going on in the world right now between people. The economical crisis has generated thousands of the so called "Rat kings" and they usually are hidden under good and useful teachings and try to save the world from it self.
Well first of all the world must not be saved, the world was and it will be. This can not be changed by people. The way we know the world can change and we are not really saving the world. We are saving our selves from extinction. If we live this or that way, the only ones who are going to suffer are we and not the world (planet).
Bob Proctor is teaching us the reason why are we all here. He says: "We are here, to self actualize, to help others achieve their goals and therefore achieve our own...". As easy as it gets. Not more not less. We have to work with us and help others. Another quotation: "There is no good or bad. There just is...", "There are no coincidence... Every thing is a result of an effect.", "No one can harm you unless you let them... it's how you think about the information you receive...".
Think about that and really sit back and brainstorm about it.
Now this "Rat king technique" is making each of us like that mutant Rat. We become Man eaters... Instead of helping each other, we are happy if someone fails in the same niche we are working in. It's good for our business, but wouldn't it be better if you make your company bigger and offer the loosing company a place to work? You would gain new information new ideas and more experience than you have at that time. Instead you just let them "die". Actually because you are better, you eat them and there is no difference between rats and actual eating and this kind of eating that I mentioned. We all are 1 kind. I don't care black, purple or yellow. Whatever! We are all one and therefore we have to keep together as normal people should do. Even normal Rats are more intelligent social people than we are...
So why this post? What it's all about? Information about how to destroy the world and how to not let it happen? No! I just wanted you to sit back for a while and think about why don't you feel a need to go out there and try to help anyone? Even Rats do, but we don't. Why do we when we receive help think others are doing it for their own good? Why don't we believe, that someone could actually just want to help? Because we wouldn't and we don't. Now many would tell: "No we just know that it wouldn't be appreciated... bla bla bla the pore man would drink it anyway.". Don't give money, but lend a hand. Believe me, no one could ever steal or do any harm to a person if that person is just helping because we want's and can help. Now how many of you have tried to help others not awaiting any kind of good in return? Not many I can tell you that. But those who read this are on their way to do so... So be strong because there is not many of us out there, but if we keep together, we can make our count grow. The world can become better, just help it to become so.
How do I help others when I have problems my self? You have problems with others could solve for you, but you don't do anything to let them... Remember Napoleon Hill said: "Other will serve you because of your willingness to serve others. That is the law of universe."
Think and critically think who is teaching you to eat others and who is teaching you to help others. I think, that Bob is teaching to help others... What does your mentor teaches you? I suggest you don't follow me, Bob or anybody. Get inspired from anybody, but in the end you are the one who does things and receives the results you do. So don't copy by default because X said so. Think and make your decisions.
Do your best in being your self.

My mentor Bob Proctor is simple and terefore a genious - we can too!
Dear Valdis,
Here is your Friday story,
And the Award Goes to.
Does the idea of standing in front of a mirror and appreciating your positive qualities feel uncomfortable and stupid? It did to me-which was a sign that I really needed to try it.
I first learned this mirror exercise in 1990, when I took a week-long course from my mentor, Jack Canfield, on self-esteem. Jack assigned the exercise as homework every night, saying, "Make sure you do this behind a closed door so nobody walks by and thinks you're crazy." Each night my roommate and I took turns going into the bathroom, shutting the door, and whispering sweet nothings to our reflections: "You're kind." "You're loyal." "You have a loving heart."
The first night, I felt like a California New Age woo-woo nutcase, but soon I experienced a rush of sadness; I was such an expert at judging myself-why was it so hard to say nice things?
With practice, it gradually became easier to list reasons to love myself: "You're smart." "You go out of your way to help others." And so on. But the real power of this exercise came when I learned to express appreciation for myself for no reason-to look myself in the eye and simply love who I was, unconditionally.
If you're like most people, consciously recognizing the positive about yourself may feel conceited. After all, we're raised not to "toot our own horns." So we end up not giving ourselves credit or acknowledgment or even worse, beating ourselves up, which shuts down our hearts, contracts our energy, and decreases our happiness levels.
Doing the research for my book Happy for No Reason, I interviewed scores of scientists along with one hundred unconditionally happy people (I call them the Happy 100). One of the things I discovered is that truly happy people have a compassionate, encouraging, and validating attitude toward themselves. This isn't arrogance or self-centeredness; it's an appreciation and acceptance of who they are.
Learning to see the positive about yourself starts by changing your brain's habit of focusing on your negative experiences and instead inclining your mind toward joy.
So today, begin registering your happy experiences more deeply-- consciously look for them. You can make it a game you play with yourself. Have the intention to notice everything good that happens to you: anything you see, feel, taste, hear or smell that brings you joy, a "win" you experience, a breakthrough, an a-ha, or an expression of your creativity-the list goes on and on.
This intention triggers the reticular activating system (RAS), a group of cells at the base of your brain stem responsible for sorting through the massive amounts of incoming information and bringing anything important to your attention. Have you ever bought a car and then suddenly starting noticing the same make of car everywhere? It's the RAS at work. Now you can use it to be happier. When you decide to look for the positive, your RAS makes sure that's what you see.
Adelle, one of the Happy 100, told me about a unique method she has for registering the positive. As she goes about her day, she gives away awards in her mind: the best-behaved dog award, the most colorful landscape design at a fast food drive-through award, the most courteous driver award. This keeps her alert to the beauty and positivity that is all around her. Charmed by this idea, I tried it myself. I liked it so much, I've been giving out these "Happiness Oscars," as I call them, ever since.
Once you notice something positive, take a moment to savor it consciously. Take the good experience in deeply and feel it; make it more than just a mental observation. If possible, spend around 30 seconds, soaking up the happiness you feel. If you want to accelerate your progress, take time every day to write down a few of your wins, breakthroughs, and things you appreciate about others-and about yourself.
You'll know you've really mastered this when you can give yourself an Academy Award-for outstanding achievement in true happiness!

Dear Valdis,
"When you're 'happy for no reason,' you bring happiness to your everyday experiences rather than try to extract happiness from them. It's not that your life always looks perfect - it's that however it looks, you'll still be happy!"

The new way of this blog
Hi again! I have come to a point where I don't need to understand anything more to be ready for all that can happen. I have learned the basics, so I don't know what to write about in relation with basics anymore. So I decided to start discussing problems people send me they have. So if you have problems I will be glad to help you with an advice.
Take care and start living your dreams, because you can!
